Why We Don’t Drag Our Video Clients Down an Aisle

April 18, 2017

Not too long ago, one of my employees made a suggestion to a valued client. The client didn’t agree with her suggestion. So, four people grabbed our client and dragged him out of the office. This happened right in front of several other Manley Creative’ clients. With cell phones rolling, some of them screamed in horror as it all went down. As CEO, I immediately issued a statement defending our right to use physical force on our clients.

Can you imagine if that really happened?

I’m still trying to wrap my head around the United Airlines debacle. Every business is first and foremost in the customer service business. It’s how I’ve built and will continue to build Manley Creative Team. Furthermore, it’s how I decide which companies, restaurants, stores, and people I spend my hard earned dollars with.

The first three rules of customer service are:

  1. Take care of your customers
  2. Take care of your customers
  3. Take care of your customers

There are many more rules, of course, but I guarantee you will never find “drag your customers away kicking and screaming if they don’t agree with a suggestion.”

Every week, we review the status of each project and analyze how well we’ve taken care of every single client. I personally ensure we’re implementing current customer service edicts while simultaneously coming up with ways to take even better care of them.

I know they appreciate it because they tell me. They also let me know when they think we can do something better. That is the most valuable feedback I can get from a client. I appreciate that open line of communication because I know, in the long run, it will make for an even more pleasant experience for our customers.

So, give me a call on my personal cell (602.312.2988) or send me an email. I guarantee we will show you what quality production and customer service truly looks like. We’ve built a culture here, united (pun intended) strongly with companies and organizations that care about how they’re treated when spending their valuable dollars.

Are you one of our valued clients? We’d love to hear from you. Leave us a review on our Facebook page.
